Step 1: Reserve the Suite

Your reservation begins with our Suite Signature Booking: a private, concierge-led suite experience designed for up to 8 guests.


Once you submit your reservation request, a Suite Concierge will be in touch to confirm availability, review logistics, and finalize your event flow and enhancements.

Step 2: Confirm Logistics (The Easy Part You Don’t Want to Guess)

Because our suite is delivered to you, we confirm a few details to make arrival seamless:

  • Event address + driveway access

  • Where the trailer will park (flat surface a must)

  • Any gates, tight turns, or neighborhood notes

  • Preferred arrival window (so you can plan your day)

Our goal is simple: the suite arrives calm, stable, and ready. No confusion, no disruption.

Step 3: Choose Your Experience Collection

Every reservation starts with the suite, then you choose the celebration style:

  • Petite Luxe (Ages 4–12): Spa Sanctuary

  • The Teen Edit (Ages 13–18): Social Sanctuary

  • Women’s Collection: Curated Escape

Each collection has a signature flow that keeps the experience elevated—not chaotic—and ensures every guest feels included.
